1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the cuci999 website, accessible at cuci999.bet and the cuci999 mobile app (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by cuci999, and all services offered are subject to this Agreement.

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the cuci999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The cuci999 platform is intended for members who are 18 years and above only. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet this minimum age requirement before registering. cuci999 reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cuci999 account. Registering or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. cuci999 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected:

• All associated accounts will be suspended or closed immediately.
• All balances and bonuses in the relevant account will be forfeited.
• Pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and whenever you are asked to update your details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Security & Account Management

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci999 username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. cuci999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibition

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your cuci999 login credentials with any other party, including family members, friends, or any individual. Account access is limited to the registered account holder only.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the cuci999 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@cuci999.bet. cuci999 will take appropriate action to protect your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at cuci999 is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM 50,000 unless a different limit has been set for VIP accounts. cuci999 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframes set out below, subject to successful account verification:

• EWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost): 1 – 3 hours
• DuitNow & FPX: 1 – 24 hours on business days
• Standard bank transfer: 1 – 3 business days

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional identity verification before being processed.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Cuci999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or any other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a delay in withdrawal processing.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

The cuci999 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. cuci999 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds during the course of an investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by cuci999 are subject to the rollover requirements (wagering requirements) specified for each promotion. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonus of up to RM 500 available to new cuci999 members on their first deposit only. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 10x within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Welcome bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must meet rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Colluding with other players to unfairly meet bonus requirements.
• Providing false information during registration for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.

5.4 Loyalty Programme

Cuci999 members are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Programme, which consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Loyalty points are accumulated based on your betting activity and can be redeemed for gaming credits, cashback, or exclusive rewards. cuci999 reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Programme structure at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cuci999 are subject to the specific rules of each game type or sport. 6.2 Valid & Void Bets

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Actions by cuci999

Cuci999 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Acting on instructions from the relevant authorities.

9.2 Account Closure by Member

You may close your cuci999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to you once all applicable conditions have been met and any outstanding investigations have been resolved.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The cuci999 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. cuci999 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or that any issues will be rectified immediately.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, cuci999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of account data or information resulting from the member's own negligence.

Cuci999's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Cuci999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
